Hi. Thanks for your review. I'm sorry you feel that way. In relation to the door, this is currently being worked on by the maintenance team and we have no control over when the fix is resolved. In the meantime, since we've taken over the management of the property you wont have noticed but there is a weekly safety check including fire alarms and emergency exits plus more checks that gets carried out which is something that previously to us taking the management wasn't happening. You'll also notice a weekly clean, information board plus many more issues that have already been resolved. Lastly I cannot see that you are a named tenant in the building.
