Alex C was the most communicative and informed of all the people we dealt with for our sale and purchase. She kept us up to date and provided a really helpful go-between to the vendors. She always responded promptly and was really helpful throughout the process. We were also really touched by the welcome pack from MS, even though we were the buyer, not their client. The toolkit especially came in really handy as we were putting bits of furniture together and just generally getting the place sorted.

I have just completed on another house sale and would like to thank the Manning Stainton Wortley team for an excellent experience. Alex, the Branch Co-Ordinator was amazing from start to finish, she was always on top of the process, giving frequent updates, responding quickly and always being so helpful and friendly. Amazing customer service from Manning Stainton. Our representative was Habib and he was excellent. He always made sure to keep us in the loop and explained anything I was unsure of(which was a lot since I’m a first time buyer). I couldn’t recommend him enough, and we’re extremely thankful for all of his help. Edit: Forgot to mention! The gift bag was also such a lovely thought that we were so grateful for! We received a small tool kit in ours and it turned out really useful and helped us to put up the TV on the wall, bonus!!

I was looked after mostly by Alex and then Lesley. Once my listing was live, Alex communicated efficiently by telephone and email to arrange viewings. She kept me updated with the status of each viewing, including chasing viewers for their feedback and providing this to me. Once I’d received an offer, Lesley took over as my ‘Move Manager,’ keeping me posted on the progress of the sale. This is where Manning Stainton really stood out for me as an estate agent and the reason I would recommend them. Lesley coordinated everything, from calling my solicitor and purchase estate agent for updates to organising the completion date. This assistance was invaluable as I was in the middle of a very busy period at work and the transaction was due to complete around Christmas time so there was an added time pressure.
