Bit of advice. Watch Marks 1st video on this page. I can vouch what he says is 100% true. From the day I asked to view the property. From the day I got the keys. Was 10 weeks. During that time his Customer Service was A Class. And that goes a long way. He was flexible with viewing times. Not the usual 9-5 working pattern. That fit around my busy working day. He answered any queries I had. He listened and understood any of my concerns. Whatever time. His flexibility was greatly appreciated. I really believe when you have a passion in your work you will suceed. And it clearly shows. He as a passion for his work. Thank you for being so good at what you do. Where do i start with Mark Buchanan this is the second time now he has sold me a property within days of putting it on the market. When renovating houses there are ups and downs and setbacks along the way so to get the property sold so quickly makes it worth while, and especially with it being just weeks away from xmas makes it a great achievment. What i will say about Mark is he takes pride in delivering an excellent service and hes never not at work as he is always answering calls and texts about property around the clock. Anybody considering selling a property themselves via facebook or first choice move defo go with Mark because you get so much more first choice barely answer the phone to you its so much better service in my opinion. I will be using this service everytime because unlike purple bricks you dont pay upfront you pay when the property sells. Couldnt believe my luck. A house that we have always dreamed and wanted for so long came up for sale. But couldn't of done it without the help of Mark as I had to get my house on the market within days and sell it, for me to buy the one I wanted and he did it!! He helped us so much with everything.
