Lovely people to deal with. Very efficient service.
From our first viewing until completion we were very happy with every member of staff we spoke with but particularly Laura who was so lovely and very helpful. She arranged extra viewings at very short notice, gave sensible advice and was always so friendly and efficient. Other members of staff, including Catherine, Jane and Julie were also very friendly and helpful. They all dealt with our many questions but were not afraid to admit that they did not know the answers to some. This is definitely preferable to guessing the answer and in all cases the answers were supplied as soon as was practically possible. The ‘welcome’ gift and New Home card was a lovely gesture. Fantastic and professional service !!!
I am going to call them my office angels ! ,sandra ,laura ,jane ,Julie and all the staff . We are just about to move house after quite a tricky time , but throughout the whole process the staff have been amazing with their continued support from start to finish ! They have gone far and beyond to always help and guide us during this very stressful time ! They have kept in touch with us every step of the way and are by far the best estate agents in worcester . I especially want to mention laura who is the office manager she has been brilliant ! What a asset to this company !! .

Good Service
Asked this agent to sell 2 properties for me. The first has just completed. P/W worked hard to get this property completed and the second on its way. Even thought there were some hiccups on the way they enabled a successful end result and kept me informed every inch of the way. I do not see that they could do any more than they did for me.

Excellent service from start to finish, amazing
Kind, helpful,patient, friendly service, Nothing was too much trouble, you kept in touch with me and rang back quickly if you said you would. I have moved many times over the last forty years and have never encounter such excellent estate agent service before. This purchase took a long time and I would have given up months ago without your wonderful support., so you did an excellent job for the vendors of the property as well as for myself. Great Sevice

Amazing Service
By far the best Estate agents in the Worcester and Malvern area. We looked round 2 properties through them (1 which we purchased) and both viewings were brilliant as they knew a lot about the properties and didn't rush you. They were also great with communicating with us when we were going through the buying process. I would highly recommend QualitySolicitors Parkinson Wright!

Easy, stress free, successful house sale
I have recently used QualitySolicitors Parkinson Wright Estate Agents to sell my first home. Having never sold a property before their expertise and patience was invaluable and the whole experience was a really positive one. I would highly recommend them as an agent as their customer service was excellent and they went above and beyond my expectations. I would not consider using any other agent in the future.
