Lovely people to deal with. Very efficient service.

From our first viewing until completion we were very happy with every member of staff we spoke with but particularly Laura who was so lovely and very helpful. She arranged extra viewings at very short notice, gave sensible advice and was always so friendly and efficient. Other members of staff, including Catherine, Jane and Julie were also very friendly and helpful. They all dealt with our many questions but were not afraid to admit that they did not know the answers to some. This is definitely preferable to guessing the answer and in all cases the answers were supplied as soon as was practically possible. The ‘welcome’ gift and New Home card was a lovely gesture.
