Very good service
A proper agent who reply to your enquiries in a swift , efficient and responsive fashion. This is the way all through the transaction - not just when meeting for the first time ( as can sometimes be the case). When your principle contact is not around others are just as efficient and you feel you are progressing well.

could not fault anything that was done by all the staff involved always very friendly and answered all my questions very promptly and responded to all emails quickly we will definitely use them in future if we ever sell our house - could not recommend them enough

Excellent service always on hand for any questions
Very professional helpful service. As a first time seller and being an older lady it was good to have someone to explain everything simply. Great Service and would highly recommend
We have just sold our house through Quality Solicitors Parkinson Wright Estate Agent and would highly recommend them. The service we received was excellent .both the Estate Agent Side of the business and the Solicitor for our conveyancing. They all kept in regular contact with us, updating us regularly on progress.. Communication was excellent. Very impressive service. A big thank you to Victoria solicitor), Laura, Jane and all the staff at Parkinson Wright. We would certainly use you all again.

purchase of property in St Johns Worcester
To be honest I have moved 36 times in 25 years and have never had a good word to say about all the estate agents I have used. BUT my faith has been restored - this companies staff went above and beyond the call of duty helping me go through a very emotional time in my life. They really work and help you through the complete process. I would recommend them to anyone thinking of buying or selling - I was so impressed with the company that I also used their solicitors who were also friendly and professional.
