I can only speak highly of Steve and the team at Belvoir. I booked a visit to view my property and managed to get in straight away. The process after viewing was straightforward and fast and Steve and the team helped throughout! it wasn't long until I had the keys! it is quite nice when renting that an estate agent treats you "as an adult" and Belvoir do. They hold the viewings when required by the landlords and these are quick and no problem at all. I had one or two issues during my time with the property (fence panels falling down and an interior oven panel breaking) and both were sorted out incredibly quickly and I must admit they kept me well up to date with everything that was going on. When it came to moving out of the property I received my full deposit back and had absolutely no issues with the team at handover. I would highly recommend Belvoir, and if I were ever needed to rent again they would be my first place to call on! They have even supported me since leaving with mortgage application information that was required by my mortgage company, something they didn't need to do but have done to help me- thank you all again!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Travelled hours for a viewing which was confirmed that morning was going ahead and to meet outside the property. Turned up to view on the street, wasn’t given a house number. Waited and rang the office, no one met me there, then saw an estate agent leave a property with another client tried to wave them down but they walked off. Rang the office but it was out of hours someone told me I should wait there and they would contact Steve and get him to call me back… nothing. Rang again and another lady told me the same… still nothing. An hour later I’m still waiting there and waiting for a call, decide to leave in the end. Never had a phone call or email or anything to apologise or explain what happened, Unprofessional company in my opinion.
My partner and I rented a flat in Worcester with Belvoir for about a year and a half. We've moved out over two months ago and we haven't received the deposit yet, even though our landlord approved it to be released to us. We have made several attempts to resolve this issue via calling the offices and they keep saying they will call us later or that the relevant personnel is not available. We have yet to hear back from them. Think twice before you enter a contract with them, or you might end up disappointed.
