I can only speak highly of Steve and the team at Belvoir. I booked a visit to view my property and managed to get in straight away. The process after viewing was straightforward and fast and Steve and the team helped throughout! it wasn't long until I had the keys! it is quite nice when renting that an estate agent treats you "as an adult" and Belvoir do. They hold the viewings when required by the landlords and these are quick and no problem at all. I had one or two issues during my time with the property (fence panels falling down and an interior oven panel breaking) and both were sorted out incredibly quickly and I must admit they kept me well up to date with everything that was going on. When it came to moving out of the property I received my full deposit back and had absolutely no issues with the team at handover. I would highly recommend Belvoir, and if I were ever needed to rent again they would be my first place to call on!
