They were very good when I rented the property although complete lack of communication regarding deposit return. They failed to check the details with client and provide the correct service in a Timly manner. Very poor and resulted in issues.

ripped all the bushings at the front of my property up and have left it for 9 months. all the excuses under the sun, i just want this sorting as i have to live in this place.

I lived in a home managed by this letting agents for over three years, no major issues. Until we move out, we are yet to receive our deposit back and it's coming up to 3 months. I understand there can be delays, but I have not heard back from them after ringing them last week. I am very disappointed in this company and will avoid renting with them again.

We had an absolute nightmare getting hold of Steve after we had left a rented property, through Belvoir. Our landlady had written to Steve to confirm our deposit should be returned in full. Unfortunately, Steve was in no rush to give our money back to us. Countless calls to each of the regional Belvoir offices would either go unanswered, or Steve would be 'Out of the Office'. The exasperation in the receptionist's voice leads me to believe that this is a regular occurrence. Also, our money wasn't left in a Deposit Protection Scheme, as promised. Rather, it was returned via a bank account in Steve's name. Fairly sure this is illegal, in truth.

If you want a professional, caring and responsive service. I do not recommend fully managed lettings under Steve. Our property was in a very poor state after tenants left as well as being dirty. Gardening equipment left for tenants use was all broken , shed roof was close to collapse. Guttering downpipes were that corroded they had broken off. Of which we were not informed of any of this in the 8 years we entrusted our property under Belvoir! Steve is very difficult to get hold of as always conveniently ' out of the office'.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Steve is the most unprofessional person I have encountered in relation to letting. Submitted my notice on the 15th of April and never heard anything back until someone from the office wanted set up appointments to view the property. I handed in my keys 4 weeks ago and am yet to hear anything about my deposit. When calling to enquire Steve is the only one who can handle my issue but it will easier to find a polka dot unicorn than find Steve. I have been instructed to call the Hereford office to speak to him and guess what he wasnt there either! I will be filing a complaint with the Ombudsman because at this point I do not need the stress being pregnant trying get money back that is due to me. I will say Melissa who works in the office is an absolute doll but dealing with Steve is enough to pull one's hair out. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU WANT TO BE DEALT WITH PROFESSIONALLY!!!!!!

I called to enquire about a property and was promised callbacks on 2 separate days both of which never happened. I called back again and was penciled in for a viewing on the property I wanted to view with a promise of a callback to confirm and guess what. That callback never happened either. I called the office today to see about my 2 pm viewing that was penciled in only to be told the property was let yesterday. What an absolute farce. It's basic common courtesy. Will never go with or recommend you. Thank for wasting my time.
