Staff made every effort possible to make sure the sale of our house went smoothly

Excellent.
Our family has been involved in buy and selling property over many decades. We had missed out of properties in unusual circumstances, in many different countries. We we determined not to let this opportunity slip away. However every step forward seemed to be met with some sort of obstruction beyond anyone's control. The team at Andrew Grant were extremely professional and helpful. I still can't believe how difficult it can be to buy a house in the UK. Jenny's help was always available to steer us through this.

Highly responsive and always on the case
I moved from Bath to Worcestershire and was buying a house bought by people now living in Australia. Not a great combination you might think but Mary Ann Williams was fabulous throughout, acting as she should on behalf of the sellers, but always responsive, helpful and friendly with me too. I couldn't have asked for more. Very, very good.

Sale of the century
Andrew Grant was recommended to us and did not disappoint. The team worked very hard to secure a sale and supported us through some sticky moments prior to exchange. Excellent and courteous service
The team at Worcester helped us enormously when we purchased a property earlier this month. Nothing was too much trouble, Matthew and Mary Ann in particular should be commended, for their constant assistance and caring attitudes. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to others.
