First Class Service
I have recently purchased a house through Andrew Grant Worcester with Mary Ann dealing with the sale on behalf of the vendors. There were some delays due to the individual circumstances of members of 'the chain', but Mary Ann communicated excellently, kept me up to date and was a pleasure to deal with all the way from offers to exchange.

Extremely helpful and warm friendly assistance with property purchase..
After having lived at our farm for 32 years, the thought of moving home was quite stressful but we needn't have worried, because we received a very warm, friendly welcome from Mary Ann Williams at the Andrew Grant office at the Worcester Branch. Mary has provided dedicated support throughout by regularly keeping in touch with us over the whole sale procedure.. . Purchase of our new home in Worcestershire
Ours was a difficult and complicated purchase from start to finish as our home of 30 years was purchased by HS2 and the circumstances of the the vendors of our new home were particularly sad. Mary Ann Williams proved to be calm and unflappable when faced with some challenging and unusual situations over a period of 8 months.We could not be happier in our new home and would recommend both Mary Ann and Andrew Grant without hesitation.
