Prospect and in particulat Mark Horn and Luke were very helpful and supportive in the sale of my house.This was despite a number of setbacks when buyers pulled out. They kelp me informed on progress on a regular basis. Always obliging and helped solve any little challenges that arose duing the sales process.

Just a few words to say thank you to Grace Brown at Prospect, although in the process of finding a property, Graces help in the last few days has been great, with quick responses, and detailed emails and calls.

I am glad the house I bought was sold through Prospect Estate Agency. Added to it, the viewing was professionally handled by Luke. He was punctual, presentable, well coming, and knowledgeable of the property he was selling. He take time to show us around the house, making every efforts to handle queries we have on hand. He even go into details, showing us every sections, compartments, be it the kitchen, garage, bedrooms and airing cupboard. This allow us to make a informed decision. At the end of it, we were very satisfied and of course we like the house. He created a win win situation, whereby we bought the right house and he got the sale. Frankly I have been dealing with Prospect since 2009. A reliable property company. I will endeavour to recommend them to anyone.

Ryan and his team have been fantastic!! We have had bad experiences in the past and it was nice to have a positive experience with prospect estate agents. From getting the house valued, to putting it on the market, accepting an offer and completing they have remained professional and have kept us informed all the way through, even with the difficulties of lock down. What can I say about Prospects Winnersh, Ryan and his team are absolutely fantastic. Being in the property industry I have dealt with lots of estate agents and Ryan and his team are definitely one of the top agents I have used. Called them ref my late father in laws property which we had to market... from first contact on phone to valuation... very efficient, came Out and valued the house when they said. Lovely guy and very Freindly. Unlike dixons who said they were coming at 2pm and 45mins later denied they had agreed the appointment after we had a tx confirmation..... Not very good Dixons please

Excellent Customer After Care - and throughout We rented since 2017. From day 1 Mark has been good with us. Any queries we had during our stay was sorted.We loved our flat and we didn't have any issues with paperwork or anything that made processes time consuming. As our flat was partially furnished, when there was an issue, it was replaced or fixed. Unfortunately our accommodation had a fire which meant we had to vacate the property. We lost everything unfortunately and had to look for alternative accommodation. The after care service we received was amazing - i have to say it did really feel like Mark was going above and beyond for us. This has been very much appreciated from me and my family. I would definitely recommend Reed Reigns in future. Plus even when looking for other places they never made us feel pressured/uncomfortable/forced to make a decision compared to other estate agents (Dixon's). Thank you Mark, Nicole, Kevin, Faye. Excellent estate agents. Was really let down by Dixon's in Sheldon so switched to Reeds Rains to help us sell our house. All the team were lovely - friendly, helpful and professional. They got us a good buyer and kept us informed throughout. Special mention to Kevin who was so wonderful, genuine and knowedgable. Highly recommend. You won't be disappointed by the service they provide.
