Excellent Customer After Care - and throughout We rented since 2017. From day 1 Mark has been good with us. Any queries we had during our stay was sorted.We loved our flat and we didn't have any issues with paperwork or anything that made processes time consuming. As our flat was partially furnished, when there was an issue, it was replaced or fixed. Unfortunately our accommodation had a fire which meant we had to vacate the property. We lost everything unfortunately and had to look for alternative accommodation. The after care service we received was amazing - i have to say it did really feel like Mark was going above and beyond for us. This has been very much appreciated from me and my family. I would definitely recommend Reed Reigns in future. Plus even when looking for other places they never made us feel pressured/uncomfortable/forced to make a decision compared to other estate agents (Dixon's). Thank you Mark, Nicole, Kevin, Faye.
