Above-and-beyond service
The team were super helpful with our house purchase and were fast at responding to our queries. Alex, who supported us through the sale, went above and beyond to ensure we got our sale over the line before the stamp duty holiday ended in June 2021 – he even called over 40 removal companies to make sure this happened. We'd highly recommend Martin & Co Wokingham!

Sale of my house
I would like to thank Martin & Co (Wokingham) so much for the speedy and efficient sale of my house, and for the excellent post-sales support too. Alex, Eleanor and Erica have all been very professional and efficient at all times. I would definitely use their service again and recommend them to family and friends.

Sale of House
I just want to say a big thank you to Ben and the team at Martin & Co in Wokingham. I recently sold my mum's house with them and I received an excellent professional service from the whole team. They kept me fully informed though-out the whole process. I am extremely pleased that I chose Martin &. Co and would highly recommend them to anyone !

Martin & Co - 5 Stars
I have owned a house in Winnersh Triangle for 16 years. In the past I was at times pestered by another agent - Prospect. This made me absolutely determined to find a different agent when I can to sell the house. I met Erica Townend the owner of Martin & Co Wokingham and Bracknell and I have to say the service and support Erica and her team, especially Eleanor and Alex have provided has been an absolute delight. Lovely people to do business with and extremely professional and supportive. Yes, I would use them everyone in the Wokingham / Bracknell areas. They have been first class.
