We chose to sell our house with Curchods. Mark was excellent and valued the property fairly, and went on to successfully find a buyer within a few days. The helpfulness and professionalism by the team were fantastic and they drove completion of the sale, checking in regularly and helping where possible to ensure swift completion of a complicated chain. When we first requested a viewing, Mark gave us an appointment for that day knowing how keen we were to see the property. We had our offer accepted the next day and got the keys in just under 11 weeks! Mark was always available to answer any questions, and talk through the whole process which was particularly helpful as first time buyers.
