Very happy with Ashtons' service. Good communication, very professional, and available for advice on all aspects of our sale, as well as the process. Alex White and the team were very solid, approachable and businesslike.
Thank you so much for your hard work and professionalism in securing a sale of our house. Everyone at Ashtons has been great but particularly Alex White who has given advice and guided us through every step of what is quite a daunting experience when you haven’t moved house in many years. Thank you again everyone.
Ashtons has made our house purchasing process seamless and stress-free so far. Sandy is amiable, friendly, and was very helpful in getting us an offer accepted on our dream flat in St Albans! Highly recommend.
Our thanks to Alex White and Andrew Gibbons at Ashtons for their courtesy, timeliness and professionalism in what they do. Highly recommended!
Landlord Review: Easy and smooth use of Ashton’s from start to finish. From viewings to offers and we had expertise from Brett every step of the way
Brett and Mariana from the rentals division were professional from start to finish - they were transparent, efficient and managed the entire process seamlessly. Would highly recommend.
I recently appointed Ashtons' Lettings team to find tenants for my St Albans home as I've relocated overseas for a while. Brett and Mariana have been great to work with, providing a personal, friendly and very efficient service, sound advice and recommendations, and they secured high-quality tenants quickly. I have felt in very safe hands every step of the way. I engaged Ashtons because I wanted the professionalism and reach of a first-class lettings and management service but not the anonymity that sometimes comes with larger companies, and I've been very happy with my decision. Thanks, team!
Landlord review: We used Ashton’s to rent our home out for the first time and manage the property. We have been really pleased, great marketing of the property, we had numerous offers and Brett from St Albans gave us a detailed description of our options so we could make a fully informed and fair decision about which tenants would be most suitable. Any issues at our property have been dealt with promptly and communication has been top notch.
Very satisfied with ashtons from the start. Very professional. Always reachable when needed and ready to help. Would definitely recommend
Brett and Mariana have been a really competent pair of hands, always on hand to help with our letting questions as well as a brilliant approach to dealing with tenant relationships. Backed up by years in the business and local first hand knowledge, we wouldn’t go anywhere else.
