I sold my house with Curchods in 2021. Mark and his team not only found a buyer within a fortnight, he went above and beyond in managing what turned out to be a very difficult sale/purchase. Faced with regularly unhelpful and absent solicitors, Mark was regularly the only person who would tell us transparently what the process was, including details of property law and what that meant for what was happening and possible reasons for delays. He was also instrumental in working with our solicitors and contacting the buyer's solicitor to overcome obstacles and get things moving. Our sale also didn't complete on the due date, owing to the buyer's solicitor not transferring funds in time. This resulted in us homeless for 3 days. Once again, it was Mark who was regularly chasing those solicitors (and ours), providing the right advice to us, and also was the one who was there for us (and our buyer) for emotional support. House buying/selling is never easy and I don't know a single person who hasn't had problems. In those times you need someone competent, reliable and always fighting your corner. Mark was that person for us and I'll never forget it.

Curchods has been wonderful at finding buyers for our property. Jess Leacock, our day to day contact once the sale was agreed, has been fantastic: she would always come back to us quickly, knew we were under tight deadlines, and kept checking with everyone to make sure everything went smoothly.
