Hi everyone, really not a good maintenance company., The promise you something and then they try and lock you down and keep changing their prices. I ll not recommend them to anyone.

Hi Ollie - as you no doubt know, we are very transparent with pricing for our customers. We can create a custom schedule of rates and charge only for the time spent actually working on site. We also do not charge them if we do not do any work - our engineers are asked to commit to the same and we feel this is the best way of ensuring only the best work with Homyze.

Chaos. I was waiting 1.5 months for deposit and rent surplus - I was sending reminder emails to company. Every reply - "We are working on it. In contact with landlord". When I contacted landlord directly, she told me she is also waiting for any feedback for Chancellor's.
