Parkers have managed my property for nearly 20 years. They have always provided an excellent service and in recent years my dealings with Katy McCall the Senior Property Manager has been fantastic. Katy has consistently kept me up to date with anything concerning the property and the tenants. I find Katy’s approach to everything she does very professional yet friendly and courteous. Katy has just managed to secure a third year with my current tenants who are lovely! I wouldn’t use any other Management Company and I am so grateful to have such a great working relationship with Katy, as I know her job is not always the easiest of jobs on occasions. Had an absolutely FANTASTIC experience working with this company, and their Witney team. We mostly worked with Chloe and Natasha, but everyone we've dealt with to date has been top notch in helping us through the process - really going above and beyond to help us and our unique circumstances. As Canadians moving from Germany into the UK trying to muddle our way through the tenancy process was made so much easier and far less stressful thanks to Chloe, and the Parkers Team. Both my husband and I were blown away by just how smooth they made the renting process for us. I seriously can't recommend them enough!

Parkers have managed my properties for approximately the last 10 years. They have consistently provided an outstanding service. Their communication is first rate and keep me updated on anyissues with the property and /or tenants. In addition any queries I have are always replied to promptly. Most recently some long term tenants decided to move elsewhere. Parkers secured new tenants within a couple of weeks and they will move in a few days after the existing tenants move out. Klara Harvey was the negotiator looking after the new arrangements. I am more than happy with the service.
