Dealing with Ella to sell my late father's property was a truly dreadful experience

Ella sell a lot of properties because they value them near the bottom of the market which is ok if you want to get on and sell quickly, but might not suit everyone. They did very little to act on my behalf as the client.. They didn't get the place on the market as quickly as promised and I never saw the brochure on the house that they also promised. They did find a buyer for me but when the buyers were slow to get legal proceeding kicked off Ella did nothing to chase it up until prompted by my solicitor, Worst of all for me, meddling by Mark Ayres turned the run up to completion of the sale from a stressful experience into a distressing and stressful time. They say on their website that "our relationship with the client is never taken for granted". I didn't find this to be true and I certainly wouldn't recommend them.
