Grace and Jess were stars throughout the process, they always came across as pleasant and personable whilst remaining professional. Nothing was too much trouble (and I was a pain at times, as i went back to view so often!) I had a small hiccup after completion and Grace followed it through to the end to get a resolution. I cant recommend them highly enough, they made a really stressful process much easier to deal with. I would work with them again without hesitation.

I purchased a house recently through Frost Partnership and I had a great experience with them. Alex Grace was really helpful all throughout, he was very friendly, highly professional, approachable, very prompt and swift in responding. I felt like he was there to help always when needed. I had few conversations with his other colleagues in his office also sometimes and felt all were very helpful and nice. Purchasing house is a bit of a stressful thing but when you have people to support you though your journey of purchase, It will make your life easy and less stressful. Keep it up guys. As a first time buyer we have been disregarded and not taken seriously by a lot of estate agents when making that initial call after seeing a property on right move.
