I have been dealing with Martin and Co as a landlady (Stanmore houses ltd) for many years. They are very efficient and pro active in finding students. Their marketing is excellent as you will see many boards around Winchester. Nothing is too much trouble for Karl and Julian especially and the rest of the team whom I would highly recommend them whether you are looking to let a house out or rent one. Jaz sohal

Have never faced a problem that wasn’t solved within 24 hours or over the phone with Martin&Co no matter how big or small. All the staff at Martin&Co are very helpful and kind. Especially Ms. Anna she helped me out while handling phone calls that I believe were way more important. Thanks a lot Anna😊. Really appreciated

Great team. Very professional. Pleasure to work with. My main contact in the management of properties is Lisa Malone who is unfailingly professional. One thing I particularly appreciate is that Lisa cares about what she does. Also, Lisa acts quickly to address issues for the tenants and is always very fair. I'm grateful for her support.
