The people that really stood out for me were Steve and Bonnie. There was an issue with a tenancy which was very problematic and stressful to me however Steve came up with solutions straight away. In the mean time, Bonnie kept updating me and overall providing excellent customer service - updates on the previous tenancy and new listings. When Bonnie called me - I knew she came with answers. She really took a very worrying and problematic issue and solved it. Without Steve and Bonnie, I would’ve been in a pickle and be left unhappy.
