As a student group, we have been working with Karl from Martin and Co, trying to find the perfect house for me and my friends, and although it took some time and dedication, we finally found it and could not be happier. Karl never gave up on finding the house that we wanted and the vision that we had and continuously showed professionalism and confidence when guiding us round all sorts of properties. He knew the properties well and gave us all the information we needed! Can’t recommend Martin and co enough.

Dealing with Martin &Co has been a wonderful experience. They could not have been more informative or helpful in the 12 years they have managed our property. As we live abroad they took away all the stress out of renting our home. So when it came to selling our home we were not surprised that once again they did everything they could to make it run smoothly, especially Nony who was magnificent- her enthusiasm and friendly manner were second to none! Got a beautiful accommodation in Winchester near my uni and also the city market. Got very sweet house mates too. Karl has been helping me with the entire process and he was extremely quick with solutions, is very professional and understanding. They made my shift to UK extremely swift and hassle free. Well what can I say!!!!!!. Steve has been amazing, trying to find a property for 4 uni girls that want 4 double beds and bills included and close to uni has been impossible. Steve found a property for me and the girls love it ❤. I can't thank you enough and the service I recieved was exceptional.
