Has made the process super easy the whole time, as well as making the effort to show me around the property during this busy period. Anna’s made everything clear and easy to understand during this time and I couldn’t be more happy with how’s it gone.

She answered all questions promptly, arranged a video viewing as we couldn't see the property in person. We applied for a rented property with Martin & Co and initially faced some hurdles with our tenancy agreement. Bonnie was then assigned to us and within a click of her fingers she brushed aside the issues with ease and made this process as hassle free and as easy as anyone could imagine. She was professional, polite, and simply wonderful when we were going through what is a notoriously stressful process of finding a new house. Bonnie had our tenancy agreement drawn up within a matter of hours and delivered all the information we needed concisely, and answered every question we could throw at her.
