***UPDATED*** After a prompt call from Julian out of hours and a swift response from the team at the Martin & Co Winchester this morning our problem was resolved and we are super happy with the outcome and would highly recommend. Thank you again for the great service **** My partner and I recently moved into a “fully furnished flat” or at least that’s what we thought. However upon arrival to the flat it was evident that we were missing items that should have been there. We are missing a TV, a single sofa chair and a table and chairs set. We are also waiting on a response from EnviroAir regarding our faulty extractor fan, we were told by our property manager to just wait for them to call, it’s been nearly a week now. It has now been over a month and is ongoing, and is becoming an increasingly annoying situation. Martin & Co, or rather our property managers (who I will not name and shame), have given little to zero communication throughout this period, despite having used all forms of communication (email, call and going into the branch). One of our property managers didn’t even know we had problems despite having emailed and emailed and called many times before when we went in to ask about it. This whole experience has put unwanted stress on both of us and we both feel very let down and disappointed by Martin & Co especially after having such a good experience in the early stages of this process.
