My wife and I were starting to look at the options for moving house and we received a letter through the mail slot from Harvey at Ewemove. When we had purchased our house 3 years earlier our interactions with other Ewemove agents had left a favourable impression. We booked Harvey for a onsite home appraisal and he arrived on time, well prepared, and was very considerate of our property and us. We agreed to have him act as our agent. I would highly recommend Martin and James at Ewe Move, they were fantastic from start to finish. Our property was in Otterbourne and we had a sale fall through with a previous well known local agent so decided to try Ewe Move and the whole experience was better. From beginning to end Martin and James were so helpful, knowledgeable and supportive, always keeping us updated on what was happening and trying to help at any time. Their images were fantastic and the 360 video was fab for online viewers. They were never pushy or full of hot air like many estate agents can be just listened to what we wanted. We have recently completed our first purchase through EweMove with Harvey. Harvey had great communication all the way through and kept our purchase moving along. There were a few bumps in the road due to the seller and their purchase but Harvey looked after us and kept us in the loop. Although Harvey worked for the seller and not us, he would contact us regularly with updates and help when needed.
