I was given very professional help at EweMove on a prospective purchase. The viewing was on time, informative and non-pressurised. I was able to work out most of the logistics from information promptly supplied by the owner at the request of the agent. The service was personalised and professionalism. An issue that remains for all estate agents is clear information on the possible incremental increase in Ground Rents in selling details. There have been recent alerts about this issue. It is important to be able to make an informed choice before the expense of lawyers, surveyors etc. A challenge to the profession! Full marks to Malcolm at EweMove, however.
