Had 19 viewings in 2.5 weeks 4 offers and sold 2nd time after 1st pulled out Lot better than previous agent with 6x viewing in 2.5 months

Sometimes we have dozens of applications and it takes time to work through them all, and that was the case here. You left this review before we had time to respond to all applicants, but I do hope you will consider applying for a rental property with us again in the future. Emma

Joke of a company. Valuation book on for 1st June they cancelled as the person to conduct the valuation was sick. The next slot available is 15th June they have now cancelled this as the surveyor has left as no one to do it. Now booked for 26th June. All in all a 4 week wait just for a valuation! Now in danger of losing the house. Avoid at all costs.

I'm giving it one star because I can't give it 100. I called my internet provider about a problem with my router and this number came up. They kept me on hold for an hour and 20 minutes trying to fix the problem, and all the "lady" did was switch me to another company! I'm trying to get in touch with a supervisor or someone in charge because this is a scam and it shouldn't happen again.

For the benefit of the public reading this email you were evicted from the property and we were then engaged to sell the property on behalf of the owner. Any grievance that you have is a dispute with the Landlord and not our company and whilst I appreciate the landlord may well be a relation our Google review page is not the forum for you to share your opinion. Couldn't agree more with other low rated reviews. Iain is a compulsive liar, an absolute snake. His behaviour has been a disgrace from start to finish. He employs bully boy tactics and like most bullies is a coward when confronted. As you can see by other reviews the majority are for the 'team' - Emma and Claire carry Iain. AVOID FISKS AT ALL COSTS - POSSIBLY THE WORST ESTATE AGENTS IN THE U.K. Would give 0 stars if allowed !
