We have just bought a property through Hockeys in Willingham, the service we received from start to finish was first class and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property. Thank you Harriet and the team for your hard work, excellent communication and professionalism. Vicki and Jonathan B
A reliable, efficient estate agent with friendly, attentive staff. It was a pleasure to deal with them and they kept in regular touch with me throughout. They arranged a number of viewings and provided useful feedback during the process and made me feel like a valuable client. I'd definitely recommend this agent.
Joseph and Alex have been very helpful in our purchase pushing the process along in a professional and proactive manner. This has helped to shorten the time need for completion. If I were to buy or sell a property I would definitely talk to them.
Excellent marketing, great support and feedback from Hockeys through out, We move 5 days before Christmas. We would recommend Hockeys for selling your house .a really excellent service. The Newtons. .
I bought my house through Hockeys in Willingham in 2013 and have now just sold it through them. On both occasions I found the staff at Hockeys to be friendly, knowledgeable, supportive and very professional thoughout the process. Any query was clearly and promptly answered, phone calls were returned sometimes after their official closing time. I am very grateful to them for helping us get through the sales process successfully and with our sanity intact! My house was valued by Harriet. Joseph handled the sale and I spoke to Alex occasionally. I thoroughly recommend them.
My name is Simon. Hockeys is a very professional agent. Jeremy and Alex were my main interface during my purchase process in Cambridge. The whole process was kind of stressful as chain was very long and seller postponed the milestone for several times. It was Jeremy and Alex who helped to facilitate the process and make sure the deal fianlly settled. Joe and Sanmantha were very nice too. I recommend you to work with Hockeys.
Dealing with the sale of my late mother's house has been a long and stressful experience. Having been with another estate agent for a long time without success, or regular updates, we signed up with the Hockeys team. Their communication and their tireless effort put in, has lead to the sale. This was handled with efficiency and in a friendly, understanding and helpful manner throughout the process. Well done, we can all look back with satisfaction. Specific thanks must go to Alex, Jeremy and Joe, although I am sure the whole team deserve our thanks as well. John & Ruth
Alex was instrumental in making our final details of the sale happen. Very professional and helped us to get through the last leg of closing the deal. Everyone was happy! Thanks alex.
From the start I found them to be informative, helpful and above all honest. The initial sale fell through which was no reflection on Hockeys. They kept me informed and up-to-date even when the news was difficult . If I were asked to recommend an agent I would recommend Hockeys without hesitation.
Have recently purchased our 1st house, and cannot fault the service from Joe, Alex and all the guys at Hockeys. Even with us constantly badgering them for updates due to solicitors and other parties dragging their heels, the guys were extremely helpful and ensured the process was as efficient as it could be. Couldn't recommend them any higher.
Hockeys heritage is unquestionable. Established in Cambridge in 1885 by William T. Hockey, the firm has been selling homes in the city and surrounding villages for over 130 years. You will find that our staff are as people-motivated as they are sales-motivated and we will take the time to get to know our clients, their property and their aspirations. Of course, if you are selling your home through us then our main priority is to put all our efforts into achieving a smooth sale and at the best price. If you are buying a property through us we appreciate that the process can be occasionally stressful, so we hope you will welcome some time and advice from us along the way. The sale or purchase of your home is not just another transaction to you - and neither is it to us.
