Sale of property
I achieved an amazing result with the estate agent. He is a quick, offers best valuation and straightforward. Highly recommendable.
My second time using property assistant They are very professional and extremely helpful throughout our conveyancing nothing was any trouble for them, and in my opinion went the extra mile would definitely recommend these guys and would use them again if the need arises ...Thank you Daniel, Liz, and Julie for all your assistance .....John Carey
Reply from Home Property Sales: Hi John, Many thanks for allowing us to represent you in the sale of the property. It was our pleasure to help secure a suitable buyer for you. All the best for the future.
From the moment the hand written card came through the post box to the completion of my property transactions, Julie, Daniel, Daryl and the team provided a personal and professional service. Nothing was too much trouble and I felt throughout that they really cared about me and that my business was really important to them. I would recommend Property Assistant to everyone and would look nowhere else if I happen to move again. Superb ! John - Hurst
Reply from Home Property Sales: Many thanks John, we are pleased that we were able to quickly introduce tenants and the tenancy worked out for you, thanks again for the opportunity. All the best Dan, Julie and team
I can't thank Julie enough, when we were searching for a place to rent, she kept us updated on properties that were due to come to market that were likely to fit our needs and budget, it's been a pleasure using Property Assistant
Reply from Home Property Sales: Thank you Anne for your kind words. I am glad we were able to find you the right place and its lovely to have you as one of our tenants!
After trying to sell our property the previous year with another local estate agent, we were very impressed with the fresh approach that Property Assistant offered. Being so local to Woosehill was a big positive as they knew the area so well. After selling our property very quickly, Daniel and Julie offered huge support through the whole process. Unfortunately we had some complications at the bottom of the chain and Julie provided daily updates and dealt with some difficult issues with the upmost professionalism. Nothing was ever too much trouble and we were so happy when it all came together. I cannot recommend Property Assistant enough and would not hesitate to use them again - not that we ever plan on moving now we have our new home!
Reply from Home Property Sales: Thank you so much Tabitha for taking the time to leave us such a lovely review. We were so happy that you chose us to buy and sell through and it was such a privilege to get to know you and your family during the process. Wishing you many years of happiness in your new home.
I have been so far with few estate agencies around the country and Property Assistant is the best!! They have very good team of people. Professional, helpful and friendly. Every query, issue has been resolved quickly. I was extremely happy with their service. I highly recommend this agency !!!
Reply from Home Property Sales: Monika, Thank you so much for sharing your experience as a tenant with our firm. We hope that you and your family are settling in well into your new home.
We sold our property via Property Assistant earlier this year, after having engaged with another Estate Agent the previous year who were unable to sell our property. The team at Property Assistant were fantastic throughout the entirety of the process; keeping us up to date with viewings, feedback and then post-sale, guiding us through the process of working with the solicitors. Selling a property is stressful, but the Property Assistant team reduced that stress immensely. I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you! E&H

A first class service, from a knowledgeable and professional team. Daniel gave us clear advice from the start of the process, consistent with their approach and had excellent knowledge of the local market. Choosing and estate agent can be daunting but I cannot fault this team, they provide a stand out service.
Reply from Home Property Sales: Many thanks for your kind words, it was a pleasure marketing and introducing a buyer. It was super fast once between us we had managed to get the solicitors organised, I wish all our sales could conclude in just 52 days from agreeing the sale. Thanks again!
