(EDIT 27/12/18 - Kieran, you removed your review after I wrote my reply below so my words are going to appear our of context as I reference the words you previously left.) Kieran, the first line of this is at odds with the rest of your feedback. We are aware that you have just reported an issue in the property with condensation and we have instructed a contractor to attend to investigate as you know so I am puzzled by your comments. Also, you have only reported 2 prior issues to us during your tenancy (both resolved quickly and not reported as still being issues) so again I am puzzled by your feedback. You have reported to us that the latest issue must have been known and I am not sure on what expertise you base this. We have had one tenant prior to you living there for 2 years with no report of a similar issue and the landlord themselves lived there prior to this without the same problem. It is fair to say that before we get a full contractor report, we have requested you ensure you ventilate the house properly as the issues you are facing often occur because of showering and drying clothes without opening windows. That is not to say this is the problem but it would be remiss of us not to offer this advice; that does not mean we are telling you that this is what is wrong with the house but I am sure you would agree that it would be good to try to improve the situation before a relevant contractor attends to investigate fully. You have also told us you want to leave because you have not settled in and do not get on with the neighbours so I do not understand why you have just renewed your contract for a further 6 months from the end of last month. We will do all we can to assist in resolving the problem; the landlord is always complicit with any issues which need investigating and the contractors we use aim to get out to investigate problems as soon as possible. Chris, by all means feel free to contact me if you are unhappy with something. I know you have a tenancy agreement managed entirely by the landlord and the landlord is asking us to get involved regarding a number of matters. rubbish the company is probably helpful towards landlords not the tenants as long as they are getting the rent they don't care when repairs are reported they do nothing and if there is any very minor damage they take all your deposit away even for having a tiny bit of dust anything to have your money and the inspection every 3 months are beyond a joke the property doesn't feel like home

David, I am very sorry you feel that way and I know you have made a formal complaint to which I have responded and you have not contested. You know from my response to your complaint that we contest the issues you raise and have evidenced to you that repairs were attended to in a timely fashion if not always at the instant that you demanded it - arrangements for contractors to attend have to be put in place based on their availability as well as yours and on a number of occasions work was dleayed due to your unavailability. Deposit monies were returned to you although your comments imply that all of it was withheld. The only deposit monies retained were for the issues documented on the check-out form that you signed and agreed to where a number of issues required attention and definitively more than a bit of dust. The 3 monthly inspections are standard across all properties we manage and are set in consideration of not infringing upon privacy and are certainly in line with independent advice on how often is acceptable for inspections to be carried out. We offered you the chance to discuss your concerns which you declined and I am obviously disappointed that you have decided to leave such a negative review when I have not received any evidence from you that backs up the issues you raised.
