When looking for a house to rent the most important thing is to be able to move in as soon as possible. Most agencies take ages to get tenants to move in. We have been moving from one bnb to another waiting to get our keys so when we have our options down to two properties to rent its the quickest agent that wins

I was with Belvoir for 7 years as a tenant. If I need to use an agent again Belvoir Wigan will be right at the top of the list. Extremely professional in dealing with any matter regarding the customer, landlord or property. I have dealt with most of the team in my time in the property and were all very accomodating in their dealings.
