Myself and my partner were under time constraints to find a new home in an unknown city due to relocating for a new job which can be a very difficult and stressful process. The whole Belvoir team have been exceptional in making the process as smooth and stress free as possible. I had an amazing experience with Sarah and Camila. They were very professional, always responding to my enquires from viewing to moving in and there was no delay of any sort, I collected my keys on the date they promised and even got a gift ???? and the apartment is very lovely, even more beautiful physically than in pictures. I would definitely be referring friends and family to Belvior Wigan.

My experience with Belvoir was amazing! Camilla was very efficient and quick to reply to emails. When looking for a house to rent the most important thing is to be able to move in as soon as possible. Most agencies take ages to get tenants to move in. We have been moving from one bnb to another waiting to get our keys so when we have our options down to two properties to rent its the quickest agent that wins
