For the past 4 years I have rented my property through Belvoir Wigan Estate and Letting Agents. I have been very happy with the service I have received. I have always found staff very approachable and friendly. Staff have always been happy to help. I have found my experience with Belvoir smooth and easy, in contrary to previous letting agents! I will be sad to leave my property and Belvoir Wigan. The vacating process was very efficient and painless! Which was ideal. It was one less stressor to think about in regards to moving. Thank you to Caroline who has been fantastic throughout my time with Belvoir. And was very informative and clear with regards to what steps I need to take in terms of the repayment of my deposit and vacating the premises.

Such a warm welcome, i recently went into the shop to speak about a rented property i had seen and i was pleasantly suprised at the warm welcome i received, very smiley and helpful woman and couldnt of been more helpful. I had been shopping that day and was offered a glass of water and to sit down, the attention to detail and enthusiam was a 10 out of 10 for me, the property however had already been taken but i was promised a call if any more came up that was similar.
