I've been a landlord for nearly 20 years and have always used a letting agent to manage property. For the first few years my experience of letting agents was dire and I became very disillusioned with them . For example: rents weren't collected on time or chased, accounts were not properly done, maintenance was poorly done and overcharged. Thankfully, Belvoir Wigan started up and gave me assurances that they would not let me down, I was sceptical but signed up over 10 years ago. Belvoir, true to their word, have never let me or my tenants down. The staff are knowledgeable, efficient, organised and lovely to deal with. I have not had one moment of stress, missed rent,or unhappy tenants so I've been able to carry on without having to think or worry about rentals. I would not use anyone else
