Excellent Top Class Estate Agent

i put my house up for sale with Michael Adams and my new house that I bought was also with Michael Adams. I chose Michael Adams after considering them the best and the biggest from the 5 estate agents I booked and had appointments with. I received first class service throughout, nothing was too much trouble and I was kept up to date throughout. I sold my house within 3 weeks and for £5000 more than the asking price which was certainly not undervalued. They also negotiated very well on the house that I bought and even assisted considerably well on completion day when the solicitors were causing delays with completion. I could not fault Michael Adams in any way and am very happy that I made the right choice in using them. Because of the fantastic customer journey I received from them on this occasion, I would not consider anybody else if I need to use an estate agent in future.

Very pleased with the brochure,and did not have to pay extra for professional photographs like some other agents. Staff very friendly and went out of their way to help. Overall could not fault the estate agent,and would certainly use them again if the need arises..

First class service

We have recently sold and bought a property, Neil Barrett was the agent who came to discuss the selling of our previous property he was very professional and knowledgeable about the property market and gave us excellent advice. Neil photographed the property and presented it extremely well on their web site. During the whole process of buying and selling, communication was first class keeping us informed every step of the way. There was a slight communication problem between the solicitors ( no fault of the agent ) Neil acted quickly and resolved the problem within hours probably saving us a delay of a number of weeks.

Great service and support right through to completion, competitive rates.

From the first meeting with Neil to value our property right to the day of completion the service has been fabulous. The house was valued in the morning and there is negotiation on price to be extremely competitive but you pay for what a great service you get here by far. Then by mid afternoon it appeared on the Internet with great pictures. We had a viewing the next day and an offer the day after. Margaret and Liz have been chasing anything that needs chasing to aid exchange and completion and nothing has been too much trouble. Highly recommend and so glad we made the choice to go with MCA and not a cheaper competition just on price. The house was well avertised amazingly quickly from us deciding to put it on the market - no delays. Excellent correspondence from the offic and no feelings that we were being a nuisance. Just unfortunate we aren't planning on moving again to re-use them,

Michael C Adams were incredibly helpful throughout our sale. Neil promptly valued our property and advertised it online. We then dealt primarily with Lorraine; she was always open and honest and keen to get the process completed for us at speed. Hopefully I'll never have to move house again, but if I do, I will most certainly use Michael C Adams again.

I cannot fault their communication with us throughout the sale of both of the property's we had listed with them.
