Great service and support right through to completion, competitive rates.

From the first meeting with Neil to value our property right to the day of completion the service has been fabulous. The house was valued in the morning and there is negotiation on price to be extremely competitive but you pay for what a great service you get here by far. Then by mid afternoon it appeared on the Internet with great pictures. We had a viewing the next day and an offer the day after. Margaret and Liz have been chasing anything that needs chasing to aid exchange and completion and nothing has been too much trouble. Highly recommend and so glad we made the choice to go with MCA and not a cheaper competition just on price. The house was well avertised amazingly quickly from us deciding to put it on the market - no delays. Excellent correspondence from the offic and no feelings that we were being a nuisance. Just unfortunate we aren't planning on moving again to re-use them,
