The selling of my property
I put my house on the market and the house was sold the same day. The For sale sign hadn't even gone up. The lady who viewed my property loved it so much that she made her mind up there and then. I have tried cheaper alternatives but Adams are a quality estate agent who are worth the every penny. They are in my opinion the best around! The staff are fantastic at the widnes branch. They show an interest in their jobs as they are always friendly and convey an excellent customer service. Don't waste your time looking for a cheaper alternative because it will cost you more in the long term. I tried myself with another agent and 4 months went by with time wasters for viewers. I got my price with Adams with no negotiation. They are simply the best about! Don't say I didn't warn you!

Highly recommended
Had an ex-rental property that we decided to sell on the market with another local estate agent for almost 12 months with very little interest. Had a review with Adams, decided to switch to them & the different was marked. 3 viewings in 2 weeks & the property sold & completed in a couple of months. I would recommend their sales department to anyone.

Excellent service
We rented a flat from Adams Estate Agents from last month. In the process of getting the keys and signing the tenancy we experienced some difficulties of our own ensuring the funds cleared to enable us to pick the keys up for our new flat and move in. The staff, and in particular Lorraine, where understanding an we moved in on time. I would recommend Adams to any other potential tenant.

Great Service, efficient and friendly!
Adams Estate Agents handled the sale of my property with ease. They were friendly, efficient and communicated with us at every stage of the sale. The team at Adams get to know you and your requirements and they really helped to make it as stress free as possible! A big THANK YOU to all the team in the branch at WIdnes who helped us so much, especially Lorraine and Margaret. They were so good as moving the process along and communicating with us and our solicitors. I would definitely recommend to anybody selling their property. They were very professional. Thank you!!!

A professional service by excellent staff
I found the sales team at Michael Adams in Widnes to be professional, helpful and friendly. I was kept fully informed of viewings and feedback and I was provided with sensible useful advice during the sales process. It quickly becomes obvious how well the team works by the level of service given to the customer. I would not hesitate to recommend them and would use them again in future based on the first class service I received.

The sale and purchase of our old and new house
MC Adams handled the sale of our house and even though we had complications, they gave great advice and pulled out all the stops to ensure the sale went through. The purchase of our new house, being a new build, brought its own problems. The kind and considerate staff were always there on the end of the phone to assist. I would like to thank Neil Barrett, who recommended the viewing of our new house.
