Have dealt with Neil on numerous occasions in both a buying and selling capacity. His local knowledge is first rate and his customer service excellent. Have recommended both family and friends due to the first class and friendly service he provides.

Quick sale, helpful staff and great price! Exceptional service!
The staff at Adams could not have been more helpful with the sale of our property. They had to deal with so much more than normal as we lived some distance away from our rented property, but all problems and requests were dealt with cheerfully and efficiently. The property was sold quickly and they showed good market knowledge in the recommended asking price. We were delighted with the price they managed to secure for us.

Excellent Service
We listed our property to begin with on Purple Bricks, we had 2 viewings in 6 weeks. We changed to Adams and within a few days we had many viewings arranged.. They were in constant contact and fed back regularly, we sold our house within 2 weeks. Their office girls were all fantastic always knew who I was and where our sale was up to.. I would like to say a special thank you to Liz and Neil who were exceptional. They got our asking price and pushed the solicitors when required. The pictures they took were fantastic, made the house look completely different to the ones taken by Purple Bricks.. I would totally recommend them they are always professional and extremely efficient.

Highly Recommeded!
Having used most local agents over a number of moves I can honestly say that Adams Estate Agent are the best around by a country mile. From their Sales Manager to the Office Staff we were given sound advice and kept well informed at every stage of our move. Adams took away as much of the moving stress as possible and if we ever require an agent again they will be the only Estate Agents we would consider using. First Class service from a First Class local business.

Excellent service, selling my property
I can't recommend the team at Michael Adams highly enough having been with a couple of different estate agents in the past for both managing the rental and trying to sell my flat I can honestly say they have been the best agents to deal with. They were able to secure a buyer for my property quickly and at the asking price, Liz, Lisa and the rest of the sales team were extremely responsive and efficient during the process helping to keep things on track and made the whole experience a lot smoother. Can't thank them enough.

An excellent service
Most helpful from start to finish, especially as we had 2 buyers pull out of a sale. Nothing was too much trouble and every change was dealt with so quickly. Liz and the other girls in the office were friendly and professional and kept us up to date at all times. I I only had to call them twice! All estate agents are not the same, Michael Adams proved that they are the best local Agent and we can only say a big Thank You to you all at Widnes Branch.

Fantastic service
My husband and I recently bought a property through Adams and couldn't recommend them more. In particular, Neil Barrett went above and beyond to find us the right property within a tight timeframe and Liz King ensured the whole process ran smoothly and kept us updated every step of the way. We couldn't have been happier with Adams and will use them when selling and buying our next home too.

Proactive, Efficient and Professional Service
I have used this estate agent to buy and sell houses and the whole experience has been positive. They sold my house really quickly, and the sales team were in constant communication keeping me well informed of the progress of the sale. They offer professional yet personable advice and support which has resulted in their long standing business and strong reputation in the local area.

Sold same day ..... would highly recommended
We needed to sell our property fast to secure the home we wanted. From the outset Michael Adams were responsive, accommodating and very professional. Their marketing of our home was outstanding, completed in one day and led to full asking price offer at the first viewing later that day. Their support and communication through the negotiation process of our purchase was professional and efficient without being too formal, an approach which made us feel comfortable during a particularly stressful time. I could not recommend them more highly and should we ever move again we will use Adams without a doubt.

Great service from a friendly professional estate agency
I had used a larger national firm to let my property previously however I was unhappy with them so I looked around the next time I was trying to find new tenants. I Googled and found Adams and the service from them was so much better. Friendly, professional and competitively priced options. I will use Adams next time I am looking for new tenants.
