Poor communication - over promised and under delivered

I engaged Signature in May last year to assist with the sale of my family home after the death of my parents. I do not live locally and my main concern was communication and being assured of proactive marketing and management of the sale. I was indeed promised this and have felt extremely let down by the reality. Emails go unresponded to, there is no proactive communication from the agent in charge and I am left to chase matters up. I am going to complain to the branch but feel that so far they have exacerbated what is already a stressful and draining process. Would not use them again and if I could avoid using them now I would.
