Hideous My partner messaged and emailed about the property that's on priory avenue, for sale and didn't get her enquiry answered. Then attempted to arrange a viewing and again no response.

I've bought, built and sold properties every year for the last ten. We have a beautifully renovated house to sell in Whitley Lodge, with a substantial plot of land attached. After multiple calls, and no response to emails I'll take my business elsewhere. If 0 stars was an option I would have given it. For anyone selling a property over £350k, please look at the reviews/ratings before signing up with this company.

Let down unpleasant experience

I wish I never went with this company told me my buyer had bio chain and was cash buyer 2 weeks later was told my buyer was part of a chain which then collapsed told buyer still wanting the property and kept me waiting for two months then put an offer below the agreed price then pulled out after 2 days. Also advised me to reduce the price which I agreed but kept my old price up for 3 weeks after that. Went 3 weeks without any contact to keep me up dated . An unpleasant experience all around never again

Misleading, unprofessional, wish I had gone elsewhere.

If they treat their tenants the way they treat their prospective tenants then we’ve dodged a bullet. Lied to me on the phone and then never called us back. Previously offered callbacks never upheld. Shockingly ran, and from speaking to other people in the Whitley Bay area they’ve had similar experiences. Steer clear.
