The Cooke team were excellent. Concerning the sale of my mother in-laws property in Howdens in March 2026. Their promotion of the property ensured we had lots of viewings, all managed by their team and feedback on each visit provided. They maintained constant communication through a complicated sales process regarding dependent sales. It helped remove the stress from the whole process. This is the third time in using Cooke both buying and selling and they have been faultless every time. Special mention for Charlotte, Julie and Nigel although the whole team were great.
