Friendly
I recently purchased a property in Cardiff that was advertised with Chambers. The property had previously had an offer accepted before falling through a few weeks later. I dealt with Bradley who was very competent and friendly, speaking to the vendor straight after I had put my offer in. Bradley was great throughout the process and was more than happy to accommodate additional viewings before the sale had gone through. The whole process was easy and made stress free by the team at Chambers.

From start to finish, the service given by Chambers was exceptional.
Entrusting the sale of your most valuable asset with an agent is a scary exercise - from the outset, Chambers stood head and shoulders above other prospective agents. When initially valuing property, they listened and were genuinely interested in the place. Felt that their fees and how quickly they could earn these, was not the principle, motivating factor. Their professionalism, guidance and communication was 100% throughout the whole process. Selling is a stressful business but Chambers made it so much more bearable. So thanks to Bradley and his team for such an excellent service.

Professional, Efficient & Friendly
A perfect team that handled the purchase and sale of our house, with ease, efficiency and in a timely manner. Everything from the initial valuation through to the viewings and final completion was straightforward and handled effortlessly. Both Bradley & Liz were always on hand to answer any questions that we had. We would definitely use them again.

Very pleased to have chosen to use Chambers Estate Agents to sell my house. From the outset and throughout the selling process Bradley and Liz were professional and approachable and a pleasure to deal with. There was no 'hard sell' and I felt we were working as a team. I also felt they were dealing professionally and fairly with prospective buyers. Promotional material for my house was excellent and I had an opportunity to comment on the draft and make changes as wished. Every stage was efficient and to time and their communication skills were excellent. I recommend Chambers Estate Agents without reservation and it was so nice to use a local, family firm that delivered as promised with a personal touch. Many thanks.

A personalised Service. Thanks Bradley!
It was a pleasure in Dealing with Chambers Estate Agents in Whitchurch. Although we had difficulty in finding the perfect house, the professional service and experience with Chambers, and especially Bradley, was first class. We never gave up hope that we would find a house in our ideal location mainly due to the optimism and assistance of Chambers in finding us a house. I would assume you normally give a good review to your selling solicitor, but I feel Chambers offered a great service in helping us to find and buy a property as simply and easily as possible. Some estate agents made us feel a little fussy and expected us to settle on something we were not 100% happy with. I would have no hesitation in selling my house through Chambers as each open day and viewing we attended certainly showcased each property and you would be safe in the knowledge they would be able to sell your house and at the same time try their very best to find you your perfect property.

Friendly, professional and efficient service
We were overseas during the sale of our property, and were concerned that we would not find it easy to monitor progress, however Chambers always kept us up to date and sent prompt responses to our queries. They were friendly and helpful, providing a professional and efficient service, with the sale process complete in 5 weeks.

Professional, Effective and Friendly Estate Agents
Everyone who we have had interactions with at Chambers has given a thorough and personal service. Our circumstances were challenging and timescales tight, however the process, on-going communication gave us much needed confidence. Having bought and sold several houses, I regret not using Chambers beforehand, any future transactions will go through these without doubt. Thank you once again.

Caring and attentive. Achieved more than I had thought myself.
Very impressed with the way in which Bradley dealt with the sale of my late father's flat in Whitchurch. Nothing was too much trouble and although we didn't quite get the asking price, we did achieve much more than I had thought possible. Any little issues along the way Bradley dealt with efficiently and professionally. My Dad would have been very pleased!

Very happy with all aspects of property sale service
Professional, friendly and personal service. Bradley and Liz were lovely people to deal with. I obtained valuations from 6 different local estate agents. Chambers valuation was the highest and Bradley got it spot on, sale achieved within a week. I'm sure if we'd gone with anyone else then our property wouldn't have achieved what it did. Chambers fee was also very competitive. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chambers in Whitchurch, Cardiff.
