They promised that they r going to give house after that they use to say we are going to do the paperwork’s then there won’t give any updates then we start calling them several times they use to say ‘ I’m sorry it has been taken by other ‘ it was really a nightmare to get one house . Finally we found this agency very professional very straightforward . Has gone through all the paperwork’s quickly . They themself took the initiative to get the referral letter from the previous agency and collected everything and give us a beautiful house with in 4 days . Shak and Haleema have been outstanding from start to finish, We enquired about a flat one evening to which I had a call first thing in the morning from Haleema who was very professional and friendly on the phone, she managed to arrange a viewing with 2 days and I fell in love with the property! Haleema then managed to get me and my partner a chance to meet the landlord at the property within a week, To which I met Shak who again was very professional and friendly. After speaking with the landlord, Shak then spoke to me after explaining the referencing process and told me he would have it all emailed over to me by the end of the day and he stuck to his word. We sent off for referencing which all got approved. We then had a call to arrange a signing all paperwork and collect the keys. Shak then gave me and my partner a beautiful hamper for our new home. All this in 2 weeks! Honestly the best estate agent and best experience I've had dealing with this. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or rent in the area.
