I've just moved out of a flat let via Belvoir after 2.5 years and they've been great - any issues get fixed promptly, they've been very friendly and helpful at beginning and end of tenancy. I'd definitely recommend them.

The staff at Belvoir are fantastic, always very friendly when answering the phone or in person. They have a very professional and pro-active nature. Would definitely reccomend to anyone needing a letting agent, tenant or landlord.

My son Daniel rented a property in Weston via this letting agent. The staff there are brilliant - very helpful and caring. Having never really rented before and hearing horror stories about Lettings Agents, I was somewhat trepidatious before beginning my tenancy. I needn’t have worried. From the moment I stepped into the office Domenica and Danielle guided me through the process and were helpful, courteous and did everything to ensure that the process went without a hitch. I cannot recommend Belvoir Weston enough. Although I understand a Letting Agent’s primary responsibility is to the Landlord, you are never made to feel that way. Domenica is so good at managing Landlord’s expectations that if I ever needed to report a problem, this was solved very expeditiously and communication was excellent. The same can be said when my tenancy came to an end. Good communication and no issues with return of deposits.
