Shak and Haleema have been outstanding from start to finish, We enquired about a flat one evening to which I had a call first thing in the morning from Haleema who was very professional and friendly on the phone, she managed to arrange a viewing with 2 days and I fell in love with the property! Haleema then managed to get me and my partner a chance to meet the landlord at the property within a week, To which I met Shak who again was very professional and friendly. After speaking with the landlord, Shak then spoke to me after explaining the referencing process and told me he would have it all emailed over to me by the end of the day and he stuck to his word. We sent off for referencing which all got approved. We then had a call to arrange a signing all paperwork and collect the keys. Shak then gave me and my partner a beautiful hamper for our new home.
