A good service provided for finding good calibre tenants

Kerri was very friendly and helpful throughout our viewing. She allowed us to take our time and didn't make us feel pressured which is a massive relief when trying to find your new home.

Communication very good via email and phone. House viewing booked easily and confirmed quickly. Nothing too much trouble. Kerri and Sam have both been brilliant. Not given printed house details to go away with to support decision making though.

I had a house viewing with Kerri this week, she was friendly and welcoming from the beginning. She answered questions that I had & didn’t rush me at all throughout the viewing, very helpful, thank you.

Good communication with the team, staff have been very professional when communicating and speedy when it comes to references. What we did not like however was stating our preferred moving date on the application, being accepted to rent the property and finishing referencing only to be then asked if able to move in earlier otherwise property will be put back in the market.

Looking for a 3 bed in my area at the moment was a real struggle! As soon as I found a potential new rental property on right move I was on the phone straight away ! From the moment I phoned Martin and co for a viewing to the moment I picked up my keys they were really helpful and professional and nothing was to much trouble . Would definitely recommend and go through this agent again in the future .

I have experienced interactions with many letting agencies and Martin & Co is one of the better experiences I have had, in regards to setting up a tenancy. They were quick to respond to calls and emails and always with a polite manner. My only criticism is the choice of their referencing provider. Due to technical issues which the company admitted to having, we spent many hours and days on referencing which should not have been so difficult. Otherwise the process was smooth. (Thanks to the team for their patience and I hope the chocolate bars are enjoyed! )
