Very professional and helpful. They look after both tenants and landlords, I think more estate agents should take their example! We have also sold a property with them and they were assisting us throughout the process, which wasn't easy at times.

Kerri from martic & Co Estate agents showed us around property in Warminster. Kerri was very knowledagble when we visited the property, and was also happy to answer any questions.

I have found Martin and co to be very professional ans responsive since I first viewed the property I ended up renting and since I started to let the property. The tend to us email base but have made calls when needed. I prefer this method but not everyone will. Overall I have found the process to be pretty seamless. Time will tell into the tenancy what service they provide but im hoping it will continue as it has begun.
