we have had experience of Martin and Co as both renters and purchasing through them. Hard to give one review but overall a positive experience. As someone renting: -it was a bit annoying to have so many inspections of our property especially when we got told off for silly things! But actually overall they were very responsive to any repairs and were incredibly reasonable with the move out process getting deposit back etc. Sales: the whole team were great, move manager was really honest and helpful, sales negotiators were also pretty good and would recommend overall
