My house was on the market through C J Hole Westbury-on-Trym before and during the first national lockdown. The poor communication between members of the team was fairly evident from the start, with various staff contacting me to discuss the same matters. The poor organisation continued throughout the viewing process - though to be fair, they did manage to get me some viewings. I had to contact the office (with great difficulty on some occasions) when they forgot to mention that the viewings were over and that we could return home. Sometimes the viewing had not even gone ahead! In the end, this poor organisation led to unannounced entry to my property by a member of C J Hole staff with two potential buyers. C J Hole had given me no notification of this visit whatsoever, and myself and my partner were symptomatic and following COVID 19 quarantine measures at the time. It's safe to say I collected my keys as soon as I was able!
