I would have no hesitation in
I would have no hesitation in recommending the team at CJ Hole. They were totally professional throughout the marketing, viewing and onward sale of my house. The team all knew the property and gave good feedback on the viewings. Having Kim keep an eye on the progress of the sale right up to the completion date was a real bonus, well done CJ Hole I would certainly use you again.

I contacted C J Hole because they regularly sell properties in my area and I was interested in the value of my house. During my initial phone call Christian was very helpful, he took background information and followed up the appointment we had arranged with an email and a letter delivered by hand a few hours later. Tim clearly has extensive local property knowledge and his visit was both interesting and informative. He understood that I'm not planning to move at present and I felt under no pressure at all. I now have a good understanding of where my property sits within the local market and his visit was followed up by a written valuation. A very friendly and professional service, I am glad I contacted them.

CJ Hole Westbury-on-Trym Branch Team provided the most professional, efficient and successful service of my five house purchases over forty-five years in Bristol. The Office's extended opening hours and high staffing levels ensured availability and response to Branch visits, 'phone calls and Emails, particularly important as I was absent from Bristol for long periods. The staff are well-trained, experienced, enthusiastic, friendly and courteous. They are good listeners and reply to queries and comments. They provided helpful and practical advice on presenting my property, and how it related to other properties. The property was marketed at a realistic price with admirable paper, office and on-line advertising supported by local knowledge. All viewings were accompanied by staff, with follow-up reports on every viewing. They achieved an offer leading to sale in a very short time, despite uncertain times. Having gained a viable offer, the Team provided continued Sales Progression support until final Completion, by monitoring progress of other parties in my chain, and chasing both Solicitors and other Agents in order to overcome the obstacles and poor communication which commonly afflict the later house purchasing stages. I have no reservations in recommending CJ Hole.

I spoke to several estate
I spoke to several estate agents before deciding to go with CJ Hole to sell my mother's house. From the outset, I felt I was in the hands of professionals who would make this difficult process as easy as possible for me. George's advice and sales strategy was completely on the nail and the whole team were super efficient in getting the property onto the market and negotiating with interested parties. It sold very quickly, and I am very grateful to all, especially Kim who was in constant touch with me throughout the conveyancing process.

From the outset of our dealings with George and the team at CJ Hole, we were dealt with professionally and courteously. Our house was sold quickly and for more than the price we had agreed with CJ Hole it would be listed for. Throughout the sale we were updated regularly on progress, received good advice and experienced very little disruption from viewings. In short, we were totally satisfied with the sale of our house through CJ Hole and would not hesitate to make a recommendation.

Everyone we dealt with was
Everyone we dealt with was very professional and helpful. Kim Hopgood worked very hard to progress the sale of our property and was very understanding of my elderly relative's needs and concerns. She also went the extra mile to persuade our buyers to move more quickly to push the sale through and dealt with their less than brilliant solicitor. At all times we felt that she was working hard for us and was keen to support us.

My first point of contact was George Mawer, who handled the initial discussions and valuations with great professionalism and fairness. My Sales Progressor was Kim Hopgood, who showed amazing patience and good humour in all stages of the various negotations, taking each hurdle in her highly professional stride. I always felt that Kim was fighting my corner, and I had every faith in her capability to resolve any issues as they arose (which she always did - thanks Kim). I subsequently recommended CJ Hole to my Mother who sold her house through them, again with minimal stress. Everyone in the CJ Hole office was really on the ball and seemed to know who I was whenever I rang; messages were always passed on efficiently, and calls were promptly returned. Thank you CJ Hole for taking the stress out of selling my house.
